 What you can "EXPECT" Because R&B Painting "DOES what OUR Customers EXPECT", the following is a brief list of what the Customer can expect from us. - We will usually arrive around 7:30am & work 8-10hrs dependent on job size & weather conditions if exterior work is being done.
- We DO allow the Customer(s) to adjust this schedule to accomodate their schedule(s).
- Our crew(s) size vary dependent on the size of the job so you can expect a minimum of at least (1) & max of (3) people at anytime on the site.
- If there is more then (1) crew member on-site, you will be notified of who is the direct contact for any concerns you may have.
- R&B does advertise & we will place a Lawn-sign in the ground while we are on site & remain there for upto (2) weeks at which time we will remove.Homeowner does not need to present to remove the sign.Please let us know if you don't want a sign placed in your yard.
- The Customer should have all products accessible to our crews prior to arrival. Colors should have been decided & communicated in the contract prior to beginning.
- Any changes, require an amended contract with the owner.NO verbal changes will be made by ANY employee.
- We DO ask that the Customer remove ALL small items from area. Large furniture should be placed as close to center of room as possible prior to our arrival.
- Let us know ahead of time if pictures will be re-hung in same area's or if you will want nail holes patched.
- We know having us in your home is a bit intrusive so we will treat your home as "Guests" and will ask if you have any "special reqt's"(parking,use of shoes,restrooms,etc..) prior to us entering the job-site.
- If more then (1) room is being painted, we will ask you if you have a preference of room to start. If you don't,we generally start in a room that has less traffic.
- ALL product(s) have some type of odor so you should expect to have a window/door open for ventilation purposes.
- We will label ALL left-over paint for you in case of future touch-ups are needed.
- At the end of the job, you will inspect our work along with the owner & when your "100%" satisfied, we will ask for payment in full.
