 Our "Promise" - At R&B, we "Promise" to provide our Customer(s) with References & Phone Numbers when requested.
- Because R&B is owner operated, we "Promise" you will always interact with the owner on all requirements of the contract.
- If our visit is delayed beyond our immediate control, we "Promise" we will always call & provide you with an arrival time along with owners cell phone number if requested.
- We "Promise" that our schedule will always be made to compliment our Customer.
- We "Promise" that we will suggest products we feel will best suit your needs, however the customer "WILL" always have final say.
- We "Promise" to leave the work area as it was found immediately after we are thru & discard all waste appropriately.
- We "Promise" to repair nail holes, cracks & abnormalities in surfaces as discussed in original contract meeting with owner.
- We "Promise" we only use R&B employee's to do the work contracted.
- We "Promise" to remove all items not being painted(i.e. Switch-plates,Mirrors,Pictures,Smoke-detectors,etc..) & never just paint around these items.
- We "Promise" we will never deviate from the contract without a new amended written consent.
- We "Promise" we always prep(i.e. sand,scrap,replace,power-wash,etc ) the surfaces we will be finishing prior to the start of job .
- We "Promise" we always cover any furnishings inside or outside of the unit .
- We "Promise" not to water down any products we use unless it's recommended by the manufacture.
- We "Promise" to cover all shrubs,plants & items that can't be moved along the perimeter of the unit until that area is completed.
- We "Promise" to NEVERask for money prior to final inspection with the owner. The ONLY exception to this rule is if the Customer wants R&B to purchase the products being used.
